Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a relaxing and effective way to resolve difficult issues. It is based on the practice of hypnosis, which induces a state of deep relaxation. This allows communication between the conscious and subconscious mind. Through hypnosis, the subconsious becomes accesible to the hypnotherapist, who can then impart positive suggestions directly into the subconsious mind.

Because hypnotherapy allows the hypnotherapist to bypass the conscious mind and directly access the subconsious, it can be a fast and very powerful tool in treating a range of issues. The therapy uses positive suggestions in order to bring about changes that last.

Understanding Hypnotherapy

Is it Safe?

Uses
Hypnotherapy is often misunderstood. Hypnotherapy utilises hypnosis to help bring about positive changes in the client. It is not magic or mind control. During hypnotherapy the client is not actually asleep. They remain awake and even capable of speech. They remain in control at all times.
A person who does not want to be hypnotised cannot be hypnotised. Your hypnotherapist cannot make you do something that goes against your own morals. They cannot make you do something that you really don't want to do.
Hypnotherapy relies on direct interaction with the subconsious, brought about through hypnosis. There are many styles and techniques used, but ultimately they all use the power of positive suggestion to make the required changes on a subconsious level.

Hypnosis produces a wonderful sensation of relaxation, much like that experienced when you are just drifting off to sleep in bed. After a session, clients often describe feeling refreshed and revitalised.

Hypnosis is perfectly safe. Having been practiced for thousands of years, there is evidence of its use as far back as Ancient Egypt.

The hypnotic trance is a natural state of mind that we all actually enter on a regular basis, probably every day.

That floaty, timeless state that exists between being fully awake and asleep, that's trance state. That moment when you drift off and completely lose the thread of a converstaion or TV programme, that's trance state.
Trance is a natural and common event.
