The Anxiety Tamer

Online or in-person, this four-part workshop combines hypnotherapy and self-help strategies to banish anxiety for good! 

Each session focuses on one of the most common anxiety issues. A self-help strategy for that particular issue is learned, and an empowering hypnosis is used to help change your relationship with anxiety at a deeper level. 

These are designed to be stand-alone sessions, so you can book onto one, two, or come to every one!

Through a blend of self-help strategies and gentle guided hypnotherapy, you’ll uncover and release the emotional patterns that influence eating habits. Learn to listen to your body’s natural signals, develop mindful awareness, and build a healthier, more compassionate connection with yourself and the way you eat.

The Pain Relief Pathway

Utilising psychological and hypnotherapeutic techniques to provide complementary pain management strategies.

A three-session course for anyone experiencing long-term or chronic pain. Each session blends education, practical tools, and guided hypnosis to help you understand, manage, and reduce pain while improving daily wellbeing.

Session 1: Understanding Pain
Learn the psychology of pain and how the mind and body influence each other. Includes hypnosis for calming the nervous system and easing tension.

Session 2: Managing the Mind–Body Connection
Develop psychological and hypnotherapeutic techniques to reduce discomfort and restore balance.

Session 3: Living Beyond Pain
Integrate long-term strategies for relief and resilience, supported by hypnosis to reinforce comfort and confidence.

Past Life Regression

A one-off hypnotherapy session offering the opportunity to journey beyond the present and explore the possibility of past life experiences. Using gentle, guided hypnosis, you’ll enter a deeply relaxed state where the subconscious mind can reveal stories, emotions, or impressions from another time.

This session can help you gain insight into patterns or connections that may influence your current life, support the healing of unresolved emotions, and encourage a greater sense of understanding and peace. Whether you approach it for personal healing, spiritual growth, or simple curiosity, each experience is unique and guided safely in a nurturing group environment.
